Our January 2024 “Travel That Transforms” retreat delivered intentionality, wellness and exploration of beautiful Nosara! Ten beautiful souls journeyed to Costa Rica with me this past week immersing ourselves in the Blue Zone culture. Our daily activities were adventurous and cultivated strength, exhilaration, empowerment!! Yet we found balance and relaxation thru daily wellness opportunities- yoga at our beautiful home, beach yoga, massages, sound bath, a Myofascial Release session, and yoga at the world renowned Bodhi Tree Resort. We fell in love with the Pura Vida culture, people and culinary delights. Chef Denis spoiled and nourished us daily. We leave the retreat with a INTENT word coupled with our retreat yogic word- ABYHASA- steady commitment. I’m so grateful for the love, laughter, connection and renewal I witnessed in just 5 days. Among many things, we will miss our 6am Howler Monkey alarm! Pura Vida
