Ten beautiful souls and I traveled to Nosara, CR for a Yoga + Adventure + Wellness last week. Nature offers healing and renewal but Nosara’s beauty, culture and people are immeasurable. Lots of yoga poolside and at the renowned Bodhi Tree, multiple wellness workshops, and activities that allowed for immersion into this stunning Blue Zone culture.
These “Travel That Transforms” retreats offer something different to everyone. I’m so thankful to lead another retreat here again this year. Retreat word- Abhyasa
