The La Rosa dei 4 Venti retreat will allow you to immerse yourself in the serene countryside that will nurture both body and mind. This gentle, slow-flow yoga practice will focus on movement, balance, stretching, and breath work. Co-teacher Sheila Thomas will also offer Kaiut yoga, a primarily floor based practice that utilizes gravity and longer holds to unwind chronic restriction in the joints, fascia and connective tissues.
